Description:

principle of work

operation explanation

1. Open the machine cover and air partition, connect the to engine air inlet.

2. Open the outlet valve in the machine,let out all residual wastewater, and then close the outlet valve, check out whether the air valve is closed, if not, shut it down immediately , and then open the general power.

3  First start the car engine, and then close the general power. The machine begin to produce gases, adjust power time , for three cylinder of car output current should be adjusted to about 400, input should be in 6A, four cylinder of car output current should be adjusted at around 450, the input current should be in 9A, six cylinder car, output current should be in 550 or so, input current should be about 12A.(Auto Adjustment )

4. During the machine working, if add-water-light brighten, it mean that should be fill up with water then continue work.During working,don't open the cover to water.

5.  When gas-pressure meter display 0.08 MPA, firstly start the engine then open the air outlet valve. When start working, the working time setting for 38 minutes, after 38 minutes, the machine will stop produce gas, at the moment, the input current is zero, and make noises continuously

6. after finish working, firstly close the H2 O2 gas air outlet valve, shut off the general power, take out H2 O2 gas input duct, and then insert it to the car original conduit, make the  engine quickly operate a few seconds quickly, the carbon deposit will  be let out from exhaust vent, exhaust air with a little water, then should be shut down engine (left)

7.operate conclusion: first start the car engine, and then opens the H2 O2 gas air outlet valve, End: first closes the H2 O2 gas outlet valve, shut off the general power then shut down the car engine.

8. The machine should be operated by professional people who have a certification .                     

cautions

1. before working, check whether the gasoline is enough, and water temperature no too high, because engine need idling 38 minutes but can't shut down at least during working

2.Around the machine, no fire, no flammable, no smoking

3.If need to interrupt operate during working, please turn off the general power,it can stop gas,then close the valve, and then closed the car engine.

4.During working, don't increase engine speed,don't step on the gas pedal,don't shut down engine.(Don't make the engine flameout)

5. In the process of working,if engine flameout(Don't start the engine immediately).At the moment, you should shut off the general power immediately, close H2 O2 gas air outlet valve, and take out the gas conduit, open the engine cover and air partition,And supply air with air pipe a few minutes, then your can work again according as the operation process.

6.If working time already more than the set time, 38 minutes, but don't stop gas automatically, please stop by .
